We source our artisanal cheese from Maison Morand. All their cheese is made using traditional, non-industrial methods, mostly in small batches by skilled craftsmen or artisans. Artisanal cheese production emphasizes the use of high-quality, locally-sourced milk and traditional techniques, such as hand-cutting and shaping, to create unique and flavorful cheeses. Their cheesemongers carefully select each cheese to ensure it meets their standards for quality & flavor.  Our pre-sliced cheese is from Croxton Manor in the UK.
