Dubai Deliveries

Same-Day Delivery and SUNDAY DELIVERY is available only in DUBAI. For Sunday deliveries, order before 12:00PM Saturday. All other emirates will be scheduled for next-day delivery or as specified on the order.

Abu Dhabi Deliveries

Orders will be scheduled for next-day delivery only or as per the selected delivery date. NO DELIVERIES ON SUNDAYS.

Al Ain -Deliveries on only on Tuesdays & Fridays.

Fujairah -Deliveries only on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.

Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain Deliveries

Orders will be scheduled for within 48 hours or as per the selected delivery date. Our customer service representative will contact you for delivery date confirmation. NO DELIVERIES ON SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS.

Remote Location Deliveries

Thursday delivery only. Cut off time is Wednesday at 10:00AM. Any order coming in after the cut off time will be scheduled the week after.

All deliveries within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain are free of charge with a minimum order of AED 300.00.

All orders below AED 300.00 will be charged with a delivery fee of AED 35.00.

As soon as your order is confirmed through our online payment gateway, Meat House Gourmet Butcher will contact you by email to confirm your order, exact location, and delivery time.

If the customer cancels an order after confirming and paying through our online payment gateway, Meat House Gourmet Butcher will charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the total bill.

It is the policy of Meat House Gourmet Butcher to ensure that all products are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that all precaution is taken to deliver the highest quality products. By receiving the package upon delivery, the customer confirms that the products delivered are exactly what was ordered and are in perfect condition. Items that are delivered to our customers can be exchanged or replaced within 24 hours from delivery date. Any issue should be emailed to us and include photos. Refunds are on a case to case basis and are at the discretion of the manager on duty. A refund is based on the products being returned to us in the same condition they were delivered as well as in the same state, frozen or chilled; with tags & original packaging in place. Refunds will take up to 14 days to process and will be done on the original mode of payment used or as a store credit.

Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns (for orders above AED300), so you can try our products risk-free.
